At BPI one of our strength is that we manage to produce just the specific product which the customer has in mind. This is enabled by extensive know-how about production and manufacture of block foam.
We process block foam in modern automatic CNC machines. With this technology we are able to produce sophisticated and customized items according to very narrow tolerances, and able to assure that items are uniform from one production to another.
Cut foam is used for a wide range of products; like seats, pillows, mattresses, cover foam etc.
At BPI we produce, stock and process blocks in polyether, HR-foam, CMHR-foam, TempraFlex® (visco-elastic) and Setex® (bonded foam).
Partly the foam blocks are produced at our factories in Denmark and Poland, and partly we purchase high quality foam from selected foam manufacturers in Europe.
We stock more than 60 qualities for comfort products. Such comprehensive product range is unique in the market, and it provides our customers with the best possibilities to choose the most appropriate quality for their product.
In total BPI offers more than 300 different foam qualities from stock.
Our programmers contribute to prompt and efficient manufacture of new products.
BPI is processing according to DS/ISO 3302 KL3 – otherwise according to agreement.
