BPI offers moulding of furniture shells in rigid and soft polyurethane. A specialty at BPI is that we are able to mould soft MDI onto ridig MDI. This technique is unique and allows solutions with clean and sharp lines according to the wish of the designer.
This type of production provides almost endless possibilities. Shape and thickness are rarely a limitation.
Our modern furniture production enables us to embed complete steel chassis - which could also be provided with springs and wood – after which they are forwarded to upholstery.
Further BPI produces moulded head and neck pillows in CozyPur®. CozyPur® is a moulded foam with excellent pressure absorbent qualities. Temperature sensitivity is avoided.
