Once the chassis - complete with springs, fittings, mountings etc. - have been produced, they are forwarded to the moulding department.
The chassis are often produced with very narrow tolerances in order to fit into the moulds. We always carry out internal quality assurance before the products leave BPI, hereby ensuring customers a good and durable product with the right finish.
